We will send you an email notification with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. Actual delivery date may vary and is based on origin, destination, Post Office™ acceptance time, and other conditions.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.  This is due to the new GDPR rules.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders. Customs forms will all be marked honestly, with accurate product and product value details in accordance with US Federal Law. In addition, International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.

When you place an order we will calculate shipping costs for you based on the items in your cart, ship-to destination, and the shipping options available.

So sorry to our international customers, but at this time, the Space Station, Sustainably Yours Litter, and Litter Genie Pail products only ship to U.S. addresses. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us!  Don’t like it? Return in 30 days or less for a full refund. Just email orders@jacksongalaxy.com to get the process started. Once we receive your return, we will refund you in full.
Damaged or broken items: Email us to initiate the return and we will replace it at no charge and cover shipping both ways. Our customer service team will require photos of the item and may ask you to perform a few troubleshooting steps, so it's best to reach out to us when you have the item with you.

Important notes: We do not cover the cost of shipping any returns back to us, unless it was damaged or broken upon receipt. Additionally, we will only offer refunds or replacements when requested within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
