How to use:
- Use consistently over time, for best intended results
- Flower Essence blend:
- Shake bottle, then take 4 drops on tongue or in water 4x/day
- Alternatively, place drops on the skin at pulse points; you can also add them to baths, or spray/mist your body
- Aromatherapy with Flower Essence blend:
- Shake vial, then roll on to any pulse points 3-4x/day
- Inhale the incredible aromatherapeutic essential oils while your body takes in the energy of the flower essences as well
