I ordered this because I’ve been looking for a sturdy 7 foot tree, so my cats would be able to reach an 8 foot ledge space in our home. After I put it together, I was concerned because it was a very straight up climb for my cats. I didn’t know if they were up for it. But, as soon as I put it in place, my cats started climbing it & going onto the ledge. They love it! During the day, I will often catch 2-4, of my 6 cats, napping on this tree, even though they have 3 other trees & tons of other napping places. Initially, I thought this was a bit overpriced. But after seeing how sturdy it is & how much all my kitties love this, I know it is worth every penny.
