The family dynamic of 4 cats shifted when we fostered 6 feral kittens and ended up keeping two. Emma (who hates everybody) was hiding in the closet and peeing EVERYWHERE (closet, shoes, rugs, kitchen counters). After a few days use she is interacting with the Teenies, and using the litter box (90% of the time... will take it!). I just brought Grouchy for Frankie, who was playing friendly uncle with the Teenies, but has recently become aggravated and growling towards them for no reason. Also he likes to beat the xxxx out of Emma. I hope that helps with him.
My boy cats started fighting and I had to keep them separated. After a few days of using the ultimate peacemaker, I was able to let them be in the same room again. It is such a relief to have my boys get along again!
So we got these because two of our three cats (the new one & the oldest one) & how they were interacting. The new younger cat was being a passive aggressive bully & our middle cat (though he was adopted first of the three), was being bullied & also outright aggressive. Kind of a messy situation that seemed to be escalating. At first it seemed like it was working & then not so much. But, we believe it was because we weren't being as consistent with the drops. We also had a harder time trying to figure out which one to give the Bully Solution to & the Self Esteem Solution, since it seemed like they were both the bully! So we regrouped & also decided to do the Bully for the newer cat & the Self Esteem for the older one. Since we have settled on that & have gotten more consistent, it has helped again. We also have been working on giving other food choices, separate feeding stations, for our cats. We have been trying to address the different choke points in our house & see if there's anything we can do with them. And also, we are trying to give & be aware of more positive interactions between the two cats. And so far, we are doing a bit better here! But the bottom line is, we DO believe the drops are working & are grateful to have them for our babies! :)
When I brought my friends cat into my home I already had 6. Caliente (right) hated him. I knew it was out of fear. I used Peacemaker twice a day in her food and Safe Space sprayed in her favorite places. I noticed a difference in 4 days! Took about a month to get to were they are now. Highly recommend!
I adopted two 1 1/2 to 2 year old cats who bonded in a shelter and remained together through 3 transfers over about a year before I snatched them up, excited to adopt two cats at once who already loved each other. They snuggled and spooned and played and chased like crazy with no real issues for about 8 months, then my male cat got possessive of everything and began chasing and attacking my female cat, causing her to spend a lot of time under my bed and in the closet. I tried a few things before this, but JG's potions, as I call them, have worked the best, along with a few changes to their environment (but I'm in a small apartment so options are limited). I now put a spray of Peacemaker Solution in their bit of wet food morning and evening, and give a spritz to the litter box entrance, the couch, and their kibble feeder thing and it really helps them get along better. Bully Solution chills my guy out, and while he seemed a little bummed (total human interpretation, of course) for the first few days, he just relaxes now and doesn't feel the need to stalk, chase or go cat crazy all over the place for many hours after giving it to him. The Self Esteem Solution gives my girl a boost and soon after spraying one squirt on my hand and wiping it on her back, she is way more likely to jump up on the couch and cat towers, initiate play, chase her cat buddy and stand up for herself. I have found that being consistent with application multiple times a day gets the best results. After being attentive to it for a few months, along with changing things up a bit around my apartment to give them more hang out options, we are turning a corner. I'm ready to catch them spooning again, but all in due time.
